Patent Testimonials: If you can imagine on a Saturday night April 5,2014 I broke my front tooth in half just above my gum line, april, 2014. I freaked out and went straight to the internet to search for a dentist that could see me that night. But It was getting so late I felt bad to even call but I had gotten a phone call from Dr. Rutley about 10pm that night and he asked me to come in first thing on Sunday morning , I must have talked to him from 10pm til about midnight of and on cause I had questions about Insurance, and was just so upset that this was happening to me, but he said I would be ok, so I drove to office, spent 2 hours in car early for my appt. I wanted it fixed. He took xrays and explained what the process was going to be from fixing tooth to insurance. I hate and so scared of needles but it was like an angel sitting doing the work cause I didn't feel anything. I was just more nervous than in any pain(which was none)..He then gave me a book with about 1000 movie names and asked which ones I wanted to see while he was doing the work. I had head sets on and flat screen on ceiling and I focused on the movie rather than what he was doing.. I trusted him and by the time I knew it he was done he gave me a mirror and OMG my temporary looks so good matched perfect. Now Its May 9,2014 and I'm just waiting on my dental company to decide what amount they are going to pay cause it just so happened that this was consider as a emergency visit on a Sunday and my insurance company doesn't like me to go out of network but I couldn't find a dentist that was open to see me right away, so Dr. Rutley's office staff is working with the claim and getting services approved. His office staff is so great ! !! ! But to this day I still have my temporary in and have had NO problems. Once insurance payments are applied to my bill and then get my crown i am just waiting so I can pay my part. Because I only want him to fix ANY AND ALL of my teeth from now on, never the less I am changing insurance companies and making sure that he is in the coverage plan.
