Dr. Isaac Datiskashvili runs a professional office, very clean and compact, just what you want to see in a dentist office.  Great, sound advice and quick turnaround.  Received callback within 2-3 hours of contacting his messaging service and was seen within the desired timeframe from when the call was first made.

Dr Isaac and his team saved my holiday! I was on holiday in NYC from Australia at the time the idea of visiting a dentist abroad was rather intimidating for me. Before I gave in and decided I needed to see a dentist I was in absolute agony by this stage,   I had a terrible toothache for about a day. I was able to make an appointment via email at about midnight for the next morning - great customer service. The next morning I was running late to my appointment due to heavy traffic.  I advised Dr Isaac via email that I was late and on my way, and he replied right away saying no problem. I was so happy that I was not going to miss my appointment as I was in an immense amount of pain. After a quick x-ray and examination I was advised that I needed an emergency root canal. This would be done in about 24hrs by a specialist. I was given some medication for pain relief (thank goodness! anti, antibiotics and )-inflamitories. Dr Isaac also gave me a bunch of local anaesthetic for some instant paid relief - I had never been so excited for dental injections in my life! I came back the following day to have the root canal done it was all over in less than an hour. During the procedure I felt safe and comfortable. When the local anaesthetic wore off a few hours later, I felt immediately better and knew the procedure was successful. Throughout my experience, Dr Isaac and his team were compassionate, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone and anyone! Thanks guys! : )
