I don't normally post reviews however I was so disappointed with my experience. I had had an issue with my tooth all the week but was traveling for work so could not do much about it. When I got home I went to bed with the intention of going to the dentist the next day but woke up at 2am in such excruciating pain that I knew i had to do something. The receptionist called me every 15-20 minutes to see whether he had called but He never did. Finally, after 2 hours of waiting in pain I had enough and said I would call back. So, at 6am I started the process again and have yet to hear from him - now an hour and a half later. Even though I appreciated the receptionists follow up at first, it became even more frustrating when her "following up with the doctor" still made no difference. While I recognize my call times were a bit obscure, Given the seemingly positive reviews I read, I am very disappointed with dr Isaac and his responsiveness. Dental emergency care should have the sense of urgency when people are in that degree of pain and discomfort.
